Poipoia, a word that means nurturing, caring, supporting for our youngest tamariki.
It is also the name of our space for our 0 to 3 years olds. Poipoia is open 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Calm, peaceful, temperature controlled, spaces designed to support restful sleep, with familiar routines and a warm, nurturing environment where tamariki can feel safe and secure.

Respectful, unhurried nappy-changing routines that protect the dignity and wellbeing of each tamaiti while creating opportunities for connection, kōrero and care.

To uphold kaitaikitanga, whānau can choose to use washable kope and reusable bamboo baby wipes. These are cleaned and sanitised daily, using a strict and thorough cleaning method, and supplied by Reo oriori.

Open-ended, materials that encourage tamariki to explore, create and discover through play, supporting curiosity, imagination and a connection with te taiao. We aim to source local, natural and sustainable products.
